So a couple posts ago I told you I was trying to get back on track to lose a few pounds. I told you about the 10 steps I try to stick to and some of the exercises I do. I didn’t cut back on quantity of food so much but I changed the quality. I started eating more vegetables and less fats and carbs. I was also using the stationary bike and elliptical machine about three days a week.
